Hyponex® by Scotts® Brown Mulch can also help conserve moisture. When placing mulch, set it several inches from tree trunks, house foundations, and other wood structures. To optimize color, it is recommended to turn the top 1 in. of mulch every 3-4 months. This product is also available in red and black. One 1.5 cu. ft. bag of Hyponex® by Scotts® Mulch covers 6 sq. ft. at a depth of 3 in.
